INTERMEZZO_NORWAY
Intermezzo project continues its journey during a residency in a scenic location in Norway. Throughout my month-long stay, I am maintaining a visual diary, consisting of drawings series and video work.
In an attempt to escape and find solace from the thoughts of war at home, I engage in observation and sketching. However, the anxiety and constant influx of news persistently intrude upon the picturesque landscape.
During my sojourn in Norway, I undertook the artistic endeavor of animating Intermezzo sculptures while concurrently producing a video composition. The auditory component was thoughtfully curated by esteemed Norwegian musician, Jon Balke.
