‘Tectumque’ (from Latin - shelter).

The name of the virtual reality scene that artist has been working on during the six-month Gaude Polonia residency program.
The main purpose was to stimulate consciousness, awake the associative imagination, create a magical atmosphere of dream.

Everyone has their individual fears, - fear of darkness, water, otherness, love, life, animals, themselves, fear itself, thoughts and so on.
All these fears show themselves in childhood and manifest differently during the people’s lives.
Collective image of everyone’s childhood is full of stories about bad witches, werewolves, disguised as good people, who enjoy the trust they evoke to terrorize princesses, children and good fairies.

In the shelter, the viewer can see them from a safe distance.

The heroes of the scene are attract and repel, they are neutral, and only the viewer can understand what they are - a threat or a friend.
